Maple Almond Muffins

Ingredients : 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour mix 1 Tbsp gluten-free baking powder ½ tsp salt 1 tsp xanthan gum 1 egg ⅔ cup real maple syrup ½ cup almond milk ½ tsp gluten-free vanilla ⅓ cup coconut oil ¼ cup chopped almonds 1 Tbsp sliced almonds for the tops Instructions: 1-Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl. 2-Add wet ingredients and mix. 3-Stir in chopped almonds. 4-Spoon muffin batter into 12 prepared muffin cups 5-Top with sliced almonds. 6-Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15-18 minutes or until done. 7-Do not over-bake. source: frugalanticsrecipes.com Summer sausage rolls Lemon kisses
